Cape Cod Playhouses
The Cape cod Playhouse Kits are pre-primed, unpainted and
come in six different sizes. It is a perfect family D-I-Y
project. Or if you prefer, you can also get a local handyman to assemble the playhouse for you.
Either way, the finished product will be a source of pride for many years.

Do-It-Yourself Playhouse Kit
A very economical, unique kit way to order your
playhouse. The kit comes banded and wrapped on a 4' x 4' pallet, wrapped in a
weatherproof wrap. You are responsible for unloading them from the truck. Click here for delivery details.

Any additional items needed before assembling your playhouse
can be purchased at any local home improvement store.
In addition to the standard features that come with our
easy-to-assemble kits, you also have the option to purchase a White Deck and Painted Rail
manufactured in our factory.
Other options you can purchase for your playhouse include an
inside loft, chimney, and extra windows, shutters and flower boxes.
You will need some simple tools: Screw gun, step ladder, chalk
line, utility knife, and hammer as well as painting equipment if you want your playhouse
painted or stained. Siding and trim are pre-primed.

Note:
The 4 x 6' comes with a floor kit. The 10' x 12' does
not have a floor kit option

Dormer Details:
The dormers on the front side of the roof have various
configurations depending on the size of the Capecod
playhouse. Here are the details:

2 small Capecod dormers that are
non-functional and do not open through the roof.

8' x 6' Capecod: |
2 small Capecod dormers that are
non-functional and do not open through the roof. |

non-functional and do not open through the roof. |

8' x 10' Capecod |
3 small Capecod dormers that are
non-functional and do not open through the roof. |
